Dear Mary, I am just writing to say thank you for the hire car that you arranged for us to collect at Faro Airport on 2 June. Your representative was there to meet us and promptly arranged the pickup from the Airport carpark. The car - a Peugeot 307 diesel was the model we wanted and we were surprised it was such a new model compared to so many other companies which deliver much older models. It was a very pleasant experience driving in Portugal and Spain and we dropped the car back at the airport without any damage to report. Hi there. Just a follow up message from your recent telephone call from yesterday, regarding some feedback Re: our holiday hire car. We were indeed very satisfied with the car and all the arrangements made for us to pick it up and return it during our stay in Portugal. A nice touch was the provision of enough fuel to enable us to get some experience of driving in your country before having to find a petrol station. (One less worry). The only difficulty we encountered was actually finding your Rep. at the airport on our arrival, as your instructions directed us to the coffee bar, which is located by the departure gates, whereas, the actual meeting place was alongside the airport cafe. A small point perhaps, but nevertheless confusing and it certainly caught us out. Once we had made contact, initially by phone to your office to enable us to locate your Rep. then everything went very smoothly, thanks. We would certainly use Farocar again. Just wanted to say thanks We have hired cars all over the world from USA to OZ and in Europe and using farocar.com, proved to be the least hassle of all of them. Our luggage was lost and we were late by 45 minutes coming out of the airport but the representative waited.
